Bio

Mr. Ojukwu is the past BAM Worldwide Global Chair of Blacks at Microsoft (affectionately known as BAM 2023-2024). In this role he chaired the delivery of quality programming to a targeted audience within the Microsoft community and around the globe. Alfred is intimately involved with several community-building exercises including the program lead for the (BAM) High School Summer mentorship program; Director of the NSBE-HISIG community; campaign lead for the Microsoft GIVE Events supporting the BAM College Scholarship initiative, Black History Month programming for BAM WW and Health, and Life Science Educational Series for Black Employees in Healthcare. He is also a strong ally for all Employee Resource Groups and strives to ensure Microsoft employees and BAM members can work in an inclusive environment where all individuals are accepted as their true authentic selves. He is a highly skilled influencer who can collaborate with others to inspire the growth of DE&I programming through every part of the organization. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) focusing on AI Based Certifications.
