Since joining G3 Technologies as a startup, Andrew has worn two hats simultaneously: Engineering Leader and Product Leader, leading cross-functional teams to deliver software that delights customers. Since 2006, he has shaped and refined Product Oriented Software Engineering (POSE) practices, which have been used across multiple product lines within G3 Technologies. Through Edensoft Labs, Anew shares his expertise to help organizations create lasting success through deeper product-engineering collaboration and innovation.
