Chinazor Vivian Kalu is a UK Black Tech Resident Technologist, specialising in Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance, and Strategic Programme Management. With a strong background in data analytics and a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence with Business Strategy, she is passionate about leveraging data for strategic decision-making and iving digital transformation. She served and grew as a Senior Programme Manager at Niyo Group for a UK-funded Digital Skills Bootcamp, Chinazor led the design and delivery of high-impact learning programmes primarily focused on upskilling Black and Asian minority women. She worked closely with WMCA delivery officers, DfE compliance and audit teams, and Ofsted representatives to equip learners with in-demand digital skills and create pathways to employment in tech. Chinazor is also a Women in Data Science Ambassador at Stanford University and has served with AFBE UK (Association for Black and Ethnic Minority Engineers) and When Females Lead, championing diversity and inclusion in tech and advocating for more women in STEM fields. As the creator of ""The Digital Skills Blueprint"", a proven framework that helps individuals transition into high-demand roles in Data Analytics, AI, Business Analysis, and Digital Entrepreneurship, Chinazor is committed to empowering young people, career switchers, and stay-at-home mums to build digital expertise and position themselves as thought leaders. Her dedication to mentoring and supporting underrepresented groups in tech, especially women and single mums looking to upskill and gain financial independence, is at the core of her work.
