Siddharth had the privilege of transitioning from a software developer to an Engineering leader role. This journey has been immensely fulfilling, and it has allowed him gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical, managerial, and business aspects of Computer Science, various technologies and software development. As a developer, he was deeply involved in coding, data analysis, problem-solving, and collaborating with peers to create recommendation engines and pricing models. Over time, his passion for technology evolved into a desire to lead and inspire others. Today, as an Engineering leader, he focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration within his team. His goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, both technically and professionally. Alongside his career, he likes to stay involved in the technical community and be in the forefront of technology.
