Currently serving as a Technical Lead and Solution Architect at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Sreenivasul drives large-scale digital transformation projects, notably leading cloud contact center modernization and AI-driven customer experience enhancements. His strengths lie in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and the integration of complex systems to deliver seamless customer service solutions.
