PowerBi Vs Tableau
PowerBI vs Tableau. Okeh Efasa (MCDAA) recreated Maureen Okonkwo dashboard on Udemy Courses Analysis using a different tool.
One was made with Power BI while the other was made with Tableau.
Can you identify which tool was used to create a dashboard just by looking at it?
Now tell us which one was created with Tableau and which was created with Power BI 👇🏼
Tableau vs Power BI is a popular debate topic that has been ongoing for a long time, we can even make the comparison more broad by putting R Shiny and Dash in the conversation or even other tools.
Just like Okeh said in his recent post where he compared both dashboards, an important thing to remember is that every data analyst have their preferred tools, and mastery of these tools is paramount. He also mentioned that we should always focus on the main objective, which is delivering insightful reports that meet the project requirements, regardless of the chosen tool.
They both have their strengths.
Okeh, also mentioned that even in data competitions and hackathons organized by Onyx Data, 10Alytics, Federico Pastor and many others, participants are usually encouraged to utilize their preferred tools, which is very true.
What do you think about this comparison?
