Tiffany Spencer is a nationally recognized tech leader, Salesforce MVP, and 7x certified Salesforce professional with over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies. As the founder and CEO of Tech Forward, she’s on a mission to close the opportunity gap in tech by equipping historically underrepresented communities with in-demand cloud skills and pathways to high-paying careers. A dynamic and sought-after speaker, Tiffany delivers powerful keynotes and workshops at the intersection of technology, workforce equity, and leadership. Her groundbreaking work includes launching Dreamin’ In Color, the first-ever Salesforce community conference designed specifically for Black, Latinx, and Hispanic professionals, now attracting over 800 attendees and industry sponsors annually. Tiffany currently serves as IT Manager at The Giving Kitchen and sits on the advisory board of Black Orlando Tech, where she helps shape strategy to increase minority representation in tech entrepreneurship and careers. She also mentors the next generation of tech talent, from high school students to rising professionals. Based in Atlanta and originally from Cincinnati, Tiffany is a proud graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, where she earned her degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration.
