ElevenLabs has just introduced a significant update to its Professional Voice Clone (PVC) tool, which gives users more control over how their own voice is captured, curated, and used.

For content creators, voice actors, podcasters, and professionals who rely on consistent audio, this update brings welcome flexibility. Users can now upload not just solo recordings, but full conversations such as podcast interviews or voice memos. The system can separate speakers, allowing you to select only your own voice for training.

You can also trim clips, remove background noise, and pause or resume the process at any time. Progress is automatically saved, making it easier to build a high-quality voice model gradually, without starting over each time.

Another practical feature is the ability to review and manage your audio samples directly in the interface, giving you greater say in how your voice is trained and represented.

By default, all voice clones remain private. But for those interested in licensing their voice, ElevenLabs also offers a revenue-sharing model where approved users can earn royalties when their voice is used by others on the platform.

To help users get started, ElevenLabs has also released a tutorial video with tips on creating a strong, authentic voice clone.

Whether for everyday content work or long-term creative projects, this update quietly expands what’s possible with your voice without adding complexity.
